In short: ThaiThuk is for information and entertainment. It's written with affection and care, but it's not professional advice — please verify anything important yourself.

Information & entertainment only

ThaiThuk is an independent magazine published by Genext Information Systems. Nothing on the site — articles, guides, the quiz, or the forum — is legal, financial, tax, medical, immigration, or safety advice, and it isn't affiliated with the Thai government, any embassy, or any official body.

Things change — especially on the ground

Thailand moves fast. Prices, opening hours, transport fares, festival dates, laws and safety conditions change often. Nightlife in particular is a moving target: bars, clubs, restaurants and venues open, close, rebrand and relocate constantly, and a place we describe may be different or gone by the time you visit. Treat names, locations and details as a starting point and confirm them yourself before relying on them.

Our quiz

The ThaiThuk quiz is for fun. Answers reflect our best research at the time of writing, but trivia can be debatable and facts shift — don't use it as a definitive reference.

Advertising & external links

We display third-party advertising (currently via Google AdSense) and link to outside sites, including our sister tools. We don't control advertisers or external sites, don't endorse them merely by carrying their ads or links, and aren't responsible for their content, products, services or accuracy. Any dealings you have with them are between you and them.

No liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genext Information Systems accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on ThaiThuk or on any advertiser or third-party site reached through it. You use the site and act on its content at your own risk.
