ThaiThuk publishes culture, travel and lifestyle content for general interest. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, immigration or safety advice, and should not be relied on as such. Acceptable use

You agree to use ThaiThuk lawfully and not to disrupt it, attempt to break its security, scrape it at scale, or misuse its forms and community features. Where the site offers a community forum or comments, you're responsible for what you post: keep it lawful, don't post others' private information, hate speech, spam or infringing material, and be civil. We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion.

Intellectual property

The articles, images, quiz, branding and design on ThaiThuk are owned by or licensed to Genext Information Systems and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may read and share links freely, and quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link back. You may not republish whole articles or substantial portions without our written permission.

Advertising & external links

ThaiThuk carries advertising served by third parties (currently Google AdSense) and links to external websites, including our sister tools (ThaiVisaFinder, ThaiHolidayBudget, ThaiLetters, ThaiLotteryNumbers and ThaiTripPlanner). Ads and third-party sites are not under our control; their appearance is not an endorsement, and we're not responsible for their content, products or practices.

No warranty & limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genext Information Systems is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, ThaiThuk or any linked or advertised third party. You use the site at your own risk.
